We are writing to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, NEO Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics permanently closed its doors on Friday, January 3rd, 2025.  

We understand this news may come as a surprise, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value the trust you have placed in our practice and are grateful for the opportunity to serve your children’s dental and orthodontic needs.  

To ensure continuity of your child’s oral healthcare, we strongly encourage you to begin making contact with a new Dental providers as soon as possible. We have reached out to other respected providers in the community to support us in this transition, and highly recommend Taft Hill Orthodontics, and Pediatric Dentistry of Loveland.  We are including the following contact and location information for your convenience:

Additional Notes: If you are currently an Orthodontic patient at NEO, and on on a payment plan with OrthoFi, all account payment plans will be suspended, and no further payments will be processed until your child is under the care of a new orthodontist. We will work with your new orthodontist to transfer your treatment plan, and patient records.

If you require access to your records, please submit a written request to our office via email: helloloveland@neo-smiles.com by March 1, 2025 and we will gladly provide them to your new dentist.

Finally, any currently scheduled upcoming appointments at NEO Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics have been cancelled, and we will turn off any automated reminder systems.
